This is Dublin School’s second pellet boiler system that was installed in a new building but connected to also heat one or more other buildings. In this case the new Monadnock Dormitory was built down the hill and across a road from the existing gymnasium. The boilers were sized to heat both the energy efficient new dorm and the gym to about 90% of the load. They have a combined output of 400,000 BTUs per hour. Domestic hot water is also provided by the pellet boilers.
